At Living Malta Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy while protecting the time, preparation, and limited availability of our guided experiences.
Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are not eligible for a refund.
Guests who fail to attend the tour at the agreed meeting point and time, without prior notice, will not be eligible for a refund.
Tours operate to a schedule to ensure the best experience for all participants. Guests arriving late may miss part or all of the tour. Refunds cannot be provided for missed tours due to late arrival.
In the unlikely event that Living Malta Tours must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, operational issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:

We recognise that genuine emergencies can occur. Requests falling outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Living Malta Tours.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
